What information we collect about you.
When you make a booking with us, we collect the names of the guests who will be staying, and the postal address, email address and telephone number of the person making the booking. We may also take credit or credit card details.
We are also required by law to collect the following additional information which we do on arrival by asking you to complete a Guest Registration form.
Commonwealth Guests - Nationality
Non-Commonwealth Guests - Nationality, Passport Number and Address of next destination.
How we use the information we hold on you
We may use your home address, email address or telephone number for confirmation of booking, to give more details on how to find us or to provide other information you may find useful for your stay.
We will use your credit/debit card details to process payment for the deposit/room cost for your booking.
How is your data stored
All personal and credit/debit card data you supply to us as part of the booking process is stored securely on a third party booking system processed by Queensborough Group with additional services in connection with the online booking system provided by HotelHost company and Rackspace.
We will not share your information with any other third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
