When you make a booking with us we collect and store the information that you give us. This comprises your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details. This data is stored in our booking system in order to process your booking and to answer any enquiries you may make in relation to your booking.

Your data is also stored after your stay but only for as long as necessary to meet legal requirements and for us to welcome your repeat custom.

Data processed by third parties

If you provide payment information this will be stored by secure PCI level 1 compliant system and will only be stored for as long as necessary to process your booking

Joint controllers

We use booking software to facilitate online bookings; Queensborough Group and the Wescoe act as joint data controllers for the processing of your data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we and Queensborough observe reasonable procedures to safeguard your data and prevent unauthorised access to it. We use security procedures, technical and physical restrictions for accessing and using the data on our servers. Only authorised personnel are allowed to access your personal information in the course of their work.

You have the right to access data stored by us and by Queensborough taken during the booking process. You may write to us or email us to ask for an overview of this information. You have the right to ask us to correct any information which you believe to be wrong or to remove any information which we are not entitled to hold.


You may be asked to send feedback after your stay in order for us to further improve our service. Your email will be used for this purpose. If you complete a review it may be published on our website and/or facebook page, however, no identifying details will be published.
