We use QBook to manage online bookings and guest payments. QBook and its payment providers process this information securely. We can view the booking details needed to manage your stay, but we do not see or store full card numbers. We use your information to:
- manage your booking and take payment;
- contact you about your stay;

We will never sell your information or pass it on for marketing. We only share it where necessary to provide our services, process payments, meet legal requirements, or with service providers such as QBook and Stripe.
We keep booking and payment-related records only for as long as needed to manage your stay and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
