Data Processor (Queensborough Group): We share your information to the Queensborough Group, which administers our online booking system. They process your personal information strictly to manage, operate, and maintain your booking.

HotelHost Company: Provides and hosts the specific booking system software architecture.

Rackspace: Provides secure data storage and cloud infrastructure to ensure the booking engine remains operational and safe.

Stripe: Provides our payment gateway and retain financial and personal details as required both by law and in order to process your payment or payments as well as processing any refunds which may be required.

We require all third-party processors and sub-processors to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. They are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own purposes and may only process it based on our agreed terms and conditions.

Your personal data is only retained for as long as it is strictly required to fulfill your booking and complete your stay and then deal with any issues following your departure. Once your booking has been fully processed and concluded, we safely delete or anonymise your information, unless a longer retention period is legally required for tax or regulatory compliance.
