BY MAKING A RESERVATION YOU ARE LEGALLY CONCLUDING TO AGREE TO OUR BINDING TERMS AND CONDITION AGREEMENT.
YOUR ATTENTION IS PARTICULARLY DRAWN TO THE PROVISIONS OF OUR NONE REFUNDABLE POLICY.
Booking with The PLAB 2 Residency you will be accepting the following terms and conditions:
All guests may be asked to produce photo ID (a valid passport or driver’s license) on check in at our residency If you are unable to produce photo ID you may be refused entry to our premises.
Any guests paying cash for their booking must produce photo ID (a valid passport or driver’s license) on check in at the residency. The passport/driver’s license number will be noted on your registration form as confirmation of ID being presented. If you are unable to produce photo ID, you may be refused entry to the PLAB 2 residency.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or a legal guardian
In the event of an obvious or palpable error, however this may have occurred or be displayed, we reserve the right to decline your booking and refund you the amount paid.
We do not have allocated parking and all cars are parked at the owner's risk, The PLAB 2 residency accept no liability whatsoever.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) IMPORTANT NOTICE
We require immediate notification if you or anyone staying with you or on a reservation you have booked is self-isolating or should be self-isolating in line with Government guidelines. In any circumstances, the PLAB 2 residency reserves the right to cancel any reservations, before or during your stay, if it is for the purpose of self-isolation.
When making a reservation at any of our premises, please ensure that you are complying with national as well as local government guidelines of the destination. This can include but is not limited to restrictions on maximum group sizes, mixing of households and the purpose of your stay.
The PLAB 2 residency has a Non-refundable booking policy. A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to pay for the reservation. Bookings made on a Prepaid rate are charged at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The payment card must be produced upon check-in at the PLAB 2 residency along with photo ID matching the identity shown on the card.
Should you wish to make any changes, a £15 amendment fee plus any difference in price for the new reservation, will be charged. Subject to availability at the time of amending the booking.
All taxes are included in the price.
You may be asked for a credit card on check-in to guarantee any charges in addition to your room charge. The card will be authorised but not charged at that time.
Pay On Stay – is subject to a agreeable deposit being paid In advanced and the remaining is payable on the day of arrival.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
The credit card will not be debited unless you fail to arrive for the reservation.
Payment for your stay will be made upon arrival. If you wish to pre-pay or pay by any other means please contact the PLAB 2 residency on plab2residency@gmail.com
We have a none cancelation reservation policy. If you fail to arrive your reservation will be charged for the whole duration of your stay. All taxes are included in the price.
You may be asked for a credit card on check-in to guarantee any charges in addition to your room charge. The card will be authorised but not charged at that time.
The PLAB 2 residency excepts booking
made over the telephone, and reservations deposits can be made, pre-payment in full, will be required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
The PLAB 2 residency accommodation has a cancellation policy that bookings made over the telephone, along with all reservations booking are subject to the following none REFUNDBLE cancellation policy:
The full amount payable is non-refundable.
Out Bookings
In the event that no room is available, we will endeavour to find suitable alternative accommodation of an equal or better standard to the pLAB 2 residency Guest's guaranteed booking.
Where we have more than one PLAB 2 residency, we may sometimes be required to switch your booking from the accommodation you originally booked to one of our other nearby accommodations.
Pet and Terms we do not except guests with any animals are pets whatsoever.
PROPRIETORS ACT 1956
Loss of or Damage to Guests' residing at our Property.
Under the Proprietors Act 1956, a proprietor may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest's property even though it was not due to any fault of the proprietor or staff of the property.
This liability however-
(a) extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the PLAB residency;
(b) is limited to £50 for any one article and a total of £100 in the case of any one guest, except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody;
(c) does not cover motor-cars or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them.
This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to this property or that liability there under attaches to the proprietor of this accommodation in any particular case.

If you sign up to receive email marketing communications from us, we will send you emails with details of special offers and promotions as well as relevant news and information. An unsubscribe link will be featured on each message we sent to you, should you no longer wish to receive these emails please click the link and follow the instructions. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting plab2residency@gmail.com and stating you wish to withdraw your consent for full or partial processing.
The PLAB 2 residency will not share your details with any third party.
Wi-Fi
Bedrooms with 'Free Wi-Fi*' have access to unlimited sessions of Wi-Fi free of charge in the bedrooms and communal areas unlimited access. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in public areas in when staying at The PLAB 2 residency.
Safe & Secure Environment
We want to maintain a safe and secure environment for you and your family and may ask for your identification on arrival. We don’t knowingly allow anyone to use or visit our accommodation who is a convicted child sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or subject to a Sexual Risk Order, Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice.
Cybercrime and Fraud
Please be aware of the increase in cybercrime and fraud. If you receive an email that appears to come from The PLAB 2 residency but which provides different bank details or different or unusual references it is unlikely to be genuine. Please do not reply to that email or act on any information contained in it but contact us immediately to check the account details. We will not accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect account.

* All per person prices quoted are based on 1 adults and price will double when sharing a standard Twin/Double Room.
* Single room supplements may apply.
* All offers are strictly subject to availability.
* Certain dates may be subject to a minimum night stay restriction.
* Upgraded rooms will result in a supplement being added.
* Individual offers cannot be combined in in conjunction with any other offers.
