We currently collect and process the following information: Personal identifiers, name, home address, email address and contact telephone numbers, the names of any guests travelling with you, payment information.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you through our website, or indirectly through one of our partner online travel agents. We use your information for the following purposes:
• For processing your booking for your stay at The Coach House and registering you as a guest
• for administering our online booking system
• for managing the performance of our contract with you
• for responding to any queries or complaints
• for collecting any applicable payments
• for any other legitimate purposes related to the above, including but not limited to complying with any legal requirements or regulatory framework
Third Parties with whom we may share your information:
We may share this information with third parties who act on our behalf to administer services in particular, but not limited to, the Queensborough Group and their sub-processors who are HotelHost and Rackspace, our payment provider, any professional advisers e.g. legal advisers, our suppliers and as required by any government agency.
