How we Use Your Data;
To administer your details i.e. stay date, payments, etc.
To notify you about changes to your stay.
To regularly update you with reminders about your stay.
To contact you to help us continually improve our service.
If we are under a duty to legally disclose your personal data or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Winchfield Inn or its employees. This would include exchanging information with other companies for the purpose of fraud protection.

Who Has Access To Your Data.
Authorised employees of The Winchfield Inn, who will process it to fulfil our obligations to provide you with a service.

Where We Store Your Personal data.
The data that we collect from you will be stored on a protected, management only used, computer system, in a locked and secure office. All paper copies are kept in a cabinet, within the secure office.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data.
Your Personal information will form part of your accommodation record on our computer system for the duration of your stay with us, and for financial purposes, for 7 years after that date, in secure archives, after which it will be securely deleted. Hard copies will be shredded, the burnt.
